14 Feb: Colours of Anticipation
Yes, happy valentines :)
Today was a day of commotion about how there was a theme amongst people’s clothes from not being too evidently red to being peachy :)
There was excitement around like it was a special Friday. People talking about visiting restaurants with their loved ones and dressing up. It was a joy to watch.
Some had to work late, treating this day just as a regular day
However, to my amazement, I had time today to leave early. Secretly, I wished to give my time to the committed workers in need so that they could enjoy it.
I left the office with a giggle.
In the streets, I could distinguish many people wearing peach, pink, just not evidently red. Some had flowers; some were waiting for their bus, maybe to meet their loved ones on the other side or like me.
Planning to pack for their next trip or If I may say my FIRST SOLO TRIP!
It isn’t an ordinary trip; I giggled
I had to do laundry, gosh
But Yay, I’ll be soon off to vacation :)
I was excited; it was not an ordinary trip.
The struggle of getting a YES for your first solo trip isn’t easy being a girl.
Strategic planning is required for that YES; the case is presented to the head of the house, which involves multiple hearings of the case. All sorts of conditions are put, and teaching are given, but at last . .
They did say YES! So it was a big WIN for me.
With each item I packed, I felt a newfound sense of freedom wash over me, signalling the beginning of a journey towards self-discovery and independence. Though uncertainties loomed on the horizon, I chose to embrace the unknown, placing my trust in the unfolding of life’s natural course.
It is a time to believe ❤
But where am I headed to, and what are the next parts?
Stay Tuned :)
